How many times pr week should I train?

Our program is designed by a performance specialist, and we are always taking your daily life into account. For some periodes its 2 or periods it's maybe 3 or 4, but it all depends, and it's all flexible so it will fit into your life.

 Do I have to follow a training schedule?

It doesn't matter if you train on Mondays or Tuesday. Our programs is very flexible and we help you choose the best schedule.

 How do I make sure that I'm training with proper technique?

With every exercise comes a video with the specifics of the exercise, making sure that you know exactly how to execute the exercise. Also use our community to get the help you need.

 Do I need to play padel at a certain level?
